tallinn is kinda rough in some parts but when I was on Saaremaa it felt like a better organized society compared to the Netherlands

I also visited Latvia, they were nice and polite but they had a bit more of a cowboy-attitude (more slavic) to life than Estonians. I think Estonians are basically Scandinavians economically and behaviorally (maybe not culturally), but they get paid eastern europoor wages despite having a similar attitude.

I guess the perfidious Swedes are manipulating their local economy in some manner, artificially supressing wages.
