All the billionaires I know of in the US right now got that way through either directly receiving large sums of money from the state or they received preferential treatment from the state to allow them to drive out competition. Usually it's both. People who engage in honest business in the US and around the world but particularly in the west right now are simply robbed and have their businesses taken over by people in cahoots with the state.
