I’ve worked 20+ years in trades, managing both construction and manufacturing, and the hard fact is women are better workers than men. Welding, electrical, pipe fitting, plumbing .. really anything requiring intelligence. The only exception are jobs requiring dumb strength like rebar. Women are more focused on the skill, just better finished work. Now I admit it could be because the few women out there are just high achievers others have dropped out to non-trades … and that trades have been filled with the dumbest whites who can’t get another job and the spic invasion that’s fucked general quality … but I’d hire a women on my crews before a man any day (with zero tolerance for sexism, one strike you’re fired). Thats just hard knocks life bro, you’re replaceable.
