Enemy nations should not share internet connection. Not only do they try to constantly psyop eachother but imagine if you have two people who just fought or have a grudge, would it be better to leave them in the same room so they can interact and agitate each other or separate them til they cool down? So many divisions and problems that we have in society today stems from the internet. It either needs to be separated, each nation or coalition of nations that have no issues with eachother share an internet or heavily regulated. Maybe a few sites and apps can be international but most shouldnt be, so atleast those fee apps can be moderated well.
