My folks are just good humble God-fearing heartland types from out here in the great state of Kansas. I’ve been a lifelong Republican and so was my father and grandfather. The times are changing, though, many of us are being hit hard by Trump’s tariff war and false promises, and the ever rising price of energy. I didn’t agree with Obama and Biden on a lot of things, but dangit, they at least kept gas cheap for us and they didn’t start a war to benefit a country run by the folks who killed my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Iran ain’t ever done us any wrong, they practice a different religion but they at least venerate Jesus as one of their prophets so I can respect that.Many of us are considering switching parties out here, a Newsom or AOC presidency would bring us cheap energy and stand up to them dirty Christ killers. And at least neither of them are literal pedophiles.
