To be fair Americans should have revolted in fucking 1913 with the creation of the FED and the imposition of the income tax. The Civil War already killed off all the best Americans.

And then there's all the wounded and maimed who couldn't become fathers, couldn't work, were fucked up forever, etc. But what's more important is the demographic, 700,000 of the best young men were killed off something like 20-25%. I don't think Anglo American culture ever actually recovered, as within a generation is when they started getting replaced by foreigners.
