Why is our calendar so convoluted? We should revise the leap year rule
>Leap year in years dividing by 4 but not 100 unless also 400
>accurate for 3000 years

I'm sure this has been proposed thousands of times in history, the only excuse for not implementing it seems to be religious, based on number magic or scripture
