>>534153081The real answer is to cut corporate and top rate taxes and deregulate everything, stop enforcing antitrust, and engage in free trade with the third world. Then the job creators will show us how much of a positive sum game it is, and we'll all live happily ever after in abundance, each generation easily doubling the living standards of the one that came before them.
