I tried renting a peice of equipment from Home Depot, and was subject to this kind of bullshit. When they told me I had to DL an app to do facial recognition I told them to go pound sand. Fuckin shame too because I really needed to rent that shit.

So I just ended up buying it instead from Lowes....
