I got told my copay was $80 and agreed I would pay it. Then they sent me another bill for $150 and said the insurance didn't pay as much as they originally said. Then they sent me another bill for $500 and said the insurance didn't pay as much as they stated. Then they sent me another bill for $800 and said the insurance paid less than they stated.
