Turkey would win easily because they are more nationalist. Modern wars are about not really defeating the others by the actual war but by making the civilians so angry they drop their own regime and power structures. Triggering Turkish nationalism will be so expensive for America that they would have to quickly cease any acts of aggression. Turks just need to deal relatively minor damage in form of a lot of soldiers dying, reducing the ability for American cat ladies to get hygiene products and drugs, that would already put America on its knees in terms of what it can sustain. America has too many mentally ill people. It doesnt matter how good Delta Force or whatever is, it matters how much a population can sustain in terms of hardship. And Americans cannot really endure any hardship whatsoever
