That's cool. Feel free to rent for the rest of your life.

Have fun selling to blackrock. I think about 40 niggers can live in your home.
>>
>>534318815
lmao it'll either be housing, auto, or AI. When any of them pop, the others will follow suit. We're looking at a triple penetration right in the ass.
>>
>>534318815
it''ll crash during world war 3 (2026)
>>
>>534318815
(((They))) learned from the one in 2008. It won't happen again

Checked and this. States like Caliwali put things in place to buy all foreclosed properties in a crash. You will never get low prices, and you will like it.

Legit see boomers complaining that the property tax should be done away with, because the yearly property taxes are now more than it cost them to buy their home out of high school in 1977.

likely sometime in the 2030s. the main problem is that boomers still control much of the housing market. even if it dips some, the demand is there for housing, so it'll shoot right back up shortly after.

the sweet spot is when demand is low and prices continue to drop; this will likely only occur when boomers start losing their grip on everything. (when they die basically) lots of people don't seem to realize that everything was built up for and by the boomers and their population. that population is going to go down and there will be ample empty housing eventually. schools are also going to close more (and already are around the country).

They are just going to import infinite brown people.
>>
>>534319546
they aren't going to import enough to keep up with population decline. not possible
>>
>>534318815
Never. We’re about to experience 70s style stagflation as the dollar loses reserve currency status and the us govt prints infinite money to meet debt obligations.
>>
>>534318815
Hopefully never. I'm going to inherit 2 houses

not in california where based prop 13 was passed in 1978 to keep property tax limited to 1% of value at sale, caps annual increases at 2%, and prevents the county from reassessing it unless the property is sold or transferred to a non-family member. thank you based Silent Generation for passing that

So that's why other taxes in California are so fucking high, the Wikipedia article states that the estimated lost revenue is more than the States current debt.

yes, but thats because of a lot more problems than just prop 13. sales tax is annoying here, no real way around that. the 11% firearm & ammo excise tax is equally frustrating but i bought everything i'd practically want before it passed asides from more ammo and fun purchases like 22's and such. gas tax and income tax are always a pain too but self-employment is very useful towards that

So what happens if I pull my bootstraps up, finally manage to buy a house at these retard prices, and THEN the market crashes?
Do I just cope with the fact I have a mortgage on a house than is now worth half of what I paid for it?

housing is an essential resource
