Was looking for houses kinda out in the country here and small towns close to work, no towns over 30k within probably 2 to 3 hours drive. Did not find anything under 400k, 550k there was 3 listing and they were those town houses where you can hear your neoghbours shit. Also you could list a 600k house and there might be a buyer for it and just because not enough people have seen the offer up you might not be able to sell at that price , in other words an exposure problem.
