"Control the borders" means that Europeans must have a visa to visit London or that Harry Potter theme resort while making it easier to import pakis by cutting the EU bureaucracy involved. Brexit simply means we have our own migration policy not bound to the EU. It could have been a good thing had we a strong national movement, but it turns out our political framework is even more cucked than the EU so this is the result.
