You’re kinda getting the gist of how modern world works, that is how much power media has. Average person everywhere is dumb as fuck and uneducated, and no matter how many tools you give him he won’t seek knowledge: This is objectively a tremendous disaster, and only reason you aren’t seeing it yet is lag and the fact they released reserves which meant oil prices merely doubled instead of quadrupling. But media isn’t stoking panic so everyone’s cool. Reality today plays a secondary role.
