Chinese EVs are encircling the United States earlier than PLA. To the north, they have already reached Canada, and to the south, they have reached Mexico; Americans are still desperately building defenses, but just as the US government ultimately failed to ban alcohol or even drugs in this country, they also cannot permanently resist Chinese EVs. After all, the price of Chinese EVs is only 1/5 of similar cars in the US, and pursuing profits is the nature of capitalism.
