Latinos that get to the US are generally poor, uneducated and without many or any connections at all.Indians that get to the US are generally the elite of their own countries. They are wealthy, go to the best colleges and are well connected as a result. Not many poor indians get to the US, it's extremely hard and they don't have the geographic advantage.
