The rituals are just trust exercises like falling backwards into the arms of someone else and knife throwing for higher degrees. There's a weight lifting gym, a gun range, martial arts courses, a mechanics class, etc. Members are encouraged to share their knowledge with the other brothers. There's no loud music and everybody speaks at a moderate volume, no ruckus. At the entrance there's a candy bowl and a tip jar. Liars and gossipers get excommunicated.
