The guy had to run across the store from the milk section to get to the cashier to ring us up.After that I went to the ice cream parlor, it was closed at 2pm on a blazing hot day. The reason? In my small town of about 5,000 people the fake unemployment number is still 20% for whites and 40% for blacks, and it's a small southern town that's like 50/50 whites and blacks. Now once you account for ghost jobs, revolving-door policies, and a myriad of other things, it can be hard to find a job in this country.
