They're not harmless. They're hideously incompetent. They cheated their way through school, lied on their resume, and somehow got jobs in the companies where I work. These are people from India, mind you, not Indian people. I know an Indian guy who was born and raised in a Western country and he's fine. It's not a racial thing, it's a cultural thing. Some cultures are simply better than others.
