I just discovered something incredible we all should be doing. It's called a Bakers Starter. You take a glass jar and put 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 water, thats it. People have done this since the beginning of civilisation. You can keep your starter for over 100 years. The best bakeries in the world pride themselves on their starters. The jar captures natural yeast from your environment, you discard the bad bacteria by halving the mix for the first 7 days and feeding it more water and flour until it reliably grows. After the first 7 days if it reliably grows and is healthy (no orange/ green etc) you can take some out to inoculate your bread dough. The bread from this process is called Sourdough and the health benefits are insane compared to store bought bread and products made from an isolated commercial yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This bread contains multiple natural yeasts from your own environment most likely affecting everything including your mental health.

I wish this was a real post and not a bot post. Imagine some retarded wigger spending his time with baking instead of spamming nigger internally.

That would make his parents happy.

People would carry their jar with them even keeping it on their body when they slept so the warmth kept it alive. After 7 days and it reliably doubles when fed it becomes incredibly powerful. You can start a bakery capturing the essence of your local environement. The oldest bakeries in the world and from France etc orude themselves on starters over 100 years old kept at room temperature as a living organism.

can't you capture yeast outside instead?
>>
>>534472691
Yeah you can, yeast travels in the air and on people, dirt etc, people travelling and modern life would be spreading yeasts around like crazy. It also depends on the flour and water mineralization, temperature, humidity, harmful bacteria present etc
