THEY FINALLY CAUGHT THE BASTARD!!!!!!!!

>Met pushes to bring Madeleine McCann suspect to Britain

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/05/04/met-uk-trial-madeleine-mccann-suspect-christian-brueckner/

>Scotland Yard wants Christian Brueckner to face UK trial before 20th anniversary of the girl’s disappearance

>Metropolitan Police detectives are trying to bring Christian Brueckner to Britain to stand trial for the abduction and murder of Madeleine McCann, The Telegraph can reveal.

>One of Scotland Yard’s most senior officers is leading a push to charge the German suspect before the 20th anniversary of Madeleine’s disappearance next year.

>The force would like to see Brueckner, 48, stand trial at the Old Bailey and believes it can gather a strong enough case for the Crown Prosecution Service to authorise charges.

>However, the German constitution prevents the extradition of its citizens to non-EU countries, which could lead Berlin to reject the request. This would be likely to provoke a diplomatic and legal row.

>If Germany still refuses to hand over the rapist and paedophile, the Met is committed to ensuring that he still faces charges in Germany or in Portugal, where the alleged crime took place.

>Brueckner was living a mile away from the Praia da Luz hotel where Madeleine, three, went missing in 2007. While serving a seven-year prison sentence in Hanover for the rape of a pensioner, he was named as the prime suspect in her disappearance, but charges were not brought before he was released last year.

>While the Met investigation is a missing person case, a small team of specialist detectives has been building a file of evidence for the CPS on suspected abduction and murder.

>A police source said the team was determined to explore every avenue available to achieve justice.

>“Next year marks 20 years since Madeleine McCann went missing. If the evidence is strong enough to extradite the prime suspect and try him here, that is what we would seek to do,” the Scotland Yard insider said.

>“Clearly, there are numerous hurdles but our priority at the moment is to amass the strongest evidence we can against that prime suspect.”

>Britain and Germany enjoy a reciprocal extradition agreement, governed by the EU–UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA), which came into force in 2021.

>But Article 16 of the German constitution overrides this agreement, stating that no citizen may be extradited to a foreign country outside the EU. Before Brexit, Brueckner could have been extradited without such complications.

>Sir Mark Rowley, the Met Police Commissioner, confirmed last year that his force was looking into whether it would be possible to extradite Brueckner to the UK.

>At the time, he said: “One of the reasons we are involved is that murder is in many situations extraterritorial and potentially a murder of a British subject can in certain circumstances be charged in the UK.

>“There’s lots of maybes, so at the moment we are taking stock with the Germans and Portuguese.”

>The Met Police would like to see Brueckner, 48, stand trial at the Old Bailey Detectives are building a file of evidence for the CPS in order to charge Christian Brueckner

He harvested her coloboma eyes for George Soros BTW
>>
>>534484009
>Senior officials have been exploring whether there might be another mechanism available to see him stand trial in the UK, but detectives are continuing to build their criminal case in the meantime.

>One possibility is that British and German police could hand over their evidence to Portuguese authorities, which, as an EU state, could extradite Brueckner there.

>Nick Vamos, the former head of extradition at the CPS, said: “Germany participates in the streamlined EU-wide extradition arrangements with the UK that were agreed after Brexit.

>“However, Germany is one of 10 EU countries that chose to impose a ‘nationality bar’ and refuses to extradite its own citizens.

>“This is a constitutional bar under German law so cannot be lifted or waived however serious the offence or strong the evidence.

>“Brueckner could still be extradited to the UK if he left Germany, or to Portugal if the authorities there chose to prosecute him. It would be open to the Met Police to share evidence with the Portuguese for this purpose.”

>At the weekend, Kate and Gerry McCann marked the 19th anniversary of their daughter’s disappearance with a statement, speaking of their need to find “some justice”.

>In a post to the official Find Madeleine Campaign Facebook page, they wrote: “19 years. The search goes on... to find our Madeleine, to achieve some justice, to make the world that bit safer.

>“We remain very grateful for all our support from friends and family, people we know and those we don’t – and from the police and authorities for their continued determination and effort.”

>Hans Christian Wolters, who led the German investigation into Brueckner, has claimed repeatedly that there is concrete evidence against the sex offender, despite failing to charge him in connection with the case.
>>
>>534484113
>In 2021, he said he was “100 per cent sure” Brueckner had murdered Madeleine, adding: “We’re confident we have the man who took and killed her. It is now possible that we could charge. We have that evidence now.

>“But it’s not just about charging him – we want to charge him with the best body of evidence possible.”

>Mr Wolters continued: “I’m not saying that what we have is insufficient now. But he’s in prison, so we don’t have this pressure on us. We have time on our hands.”

>Such statements led many to assume Brueckner would be formally charged in connection with Madeleine’s disappearance before he was released from Sehnde prison, near Hanover, in September 2025.

>In a statement this week, Mr Wolters said: “The investigation into the Madeleine McCann case continues. Christian B remains the only suspect. I cannot say when the investigations will end or what the outcome will be.”

>Madeleine was just three years old when she disappeared from her parents’ holiday apartment in Praia da Luz on May 3 2007.

>Despite one of the biggest manhunts ever mounted, she has never been found. A bungled police investigation meant much of the evidence from the crime scene was not secured.

>Mr and Mrs McCann have never given up hope that their daughter is still alive and will one day be located.

>Brueckner was jointly identified as a prime suspect in the case in 2020. The following year, Mr Wolters directly addressed the McCanns in an interview, saying there was no hope that Madeleine was still alive.

>He said: “We are confident we have the man who took and killed your daughter. All I can do is ask for your patience.

>“We have no body and no DNA but we have other evidence. Based on the evidence we have, it leads to no other conclusion.

>“I can’t tell you on which basis we assume she is dead. But for us, there’s no other possibility. There is no hope she is alive.”
>>
>>534484181
>Mr Wolters has always been reluctant to share specific details of the case German authorities have built against Brueckner, but it is understood to consist of compelling but largely circumstantial evidence.

>Brueckner stayed in and around Praia da Luz between 1995 and 2007. He had various odd jobs and was also suspected of burgling hotel rooms and breaking into apartments and villas.

>Mobile data revealed that Brueckner’s phone was in Praia da Luz an hour before Madeleine was abducted.

>Police also obtained statements from his associates that claimed he had made partial confessions to the crime, including one in which he told a friend in 2008 that “she did not scream”.

>Searches of a property linked to Brueckner in 2016 unearthed a cache of disturbing paedophilic material, as well as diaries describing fantasies about abducting children.

>Brueckner also re-registered his car to a friend the day after Madeleine disappeared, which police considered highly suspicious.

>In 2005, he raped an American pensioner in an apartment in Praia da Luz, for which he was subsequently jailed for seven years.

>German authorities are also understood to have further undisclosed compelling evidence that implicates Brueckner in the crime.

>Before he was released from prison last September, Scotland Yard detectives submitted a formal request to interview him in connection with Madeleine’s disappearance, but he refused the request and the force was powerless to enforce it.

>They are still hopeful, however, that they might have enough evidence to submit to the CPS without arresting and questioning Brueckner first.
>>
>>534484252
>In order to extradite a suspect from overseas, the UK police must satisfy the CPS they are in a position to charge. If prosecutors authorise the charge, they then apply to the authorities in the other country to detain the suspect and the formal extradition process begins.

>The Met’s work is part of Operation Grange, launched in 2011 to investigate Madeleine’s disappearance after the Home Office requested a review of the case.

>It was upgraded to a full inquiry in 2013 to allow detectives to pursue new leads, and is estimated to have cost in excess of £13m.

>The Telegraph understands the current work is being overseen at assistant commissioner level, indicating the seriousness with which it is being taken.

>A spokesman for the force said: “The Met’s investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has been active since 2011. A dedicated team continues to examine the events of the evening of 3 May 2007 in Praia da Luz, while supporting and updating Madeleine’s family.

>“As part of ongoing enquiries, we remain in close working discussion with policing colleagues in Germany and Portugal. We will continue to pursue any viable lines of enquiry.”

>Brueckner has always denied any involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance and has been moving around Germany since his release from prison.

no

The UK police's entire evidence is that one of his prison mates says he told him he did it. That's it. That's their entire evidence along with Brueckner being in the Algarve at the time. Madeline died in the apartment and their parents who were working for MI6 covered it up, then hired a government spin doctor to put out fake news. Even the lead Portuguese investigator said in his book "the truth of the lie" that the parents did it and covered it up. They found Maddys blood in a hire car that the parents hired AFTER she was reported missing.

Madeleine Mcain was killed by her parents, because an overdose of benzoids.

And the ghislaine thought is thought provoking, but are you suggesting this guy has nothing to do with it? Why would you dismiss it?

Is this guy linked to epstein?

The prosecutors are career civil servants who have nothing after a lifetime of chasing pickpockets, except for a small pension that will evaporate in the hyperinflation to come.
If they pin this old stinking pile of rotten fish on some known sex offender, and build an elaborate case on testimony from compromised pedos already in custody, a grateful illuminati might grant them comfortable retirement villas in Monaco or some such.
Because stitching up America's dying morale might get enough zoomers to sign up for israel's wars.

Basically the bitch mother sold the daughter in exchange of money. Some kind of Eyes wide shut shit.
I even suspect the same happened with Marta del Castillo since
>100kg cocaine disappeared that day (they say rituals use a lot of drugs during Operation cristal)
>Parents getting money
Never trust those parents who suddenly get some space in politics after their kid disappeared.
