It usually shows gameplay from 90's and 2000's and the technical + athletic level are LEAGUES ahead of today. Most modern NBA players would have been raped and spit out the league. Modern NBA gameplay is super sloppy and everything revolves around shooting 3's to non-existent defense. On the other hand the skill level of MLB players has grown, now with Japanese players reaching elite level, there is a huge global boom of skilled highly technical players
