The whole point of a degree, the transfer of knowledge, is free. All you get for your money now is a piece of paper that hopefully will empress a boss.I wouldn't worry about not being able to be a wagie. You're better off not being one. You seem reasonably intelligent. Find something you can make/build/create yourself and then offer it for sale. If you do it well, you will make much more money than wagies do.
