Thanks brother. I plan on doing this another 3 years and then I'm done. My specialty is thin crust, destroit and chicago style pizzas. But I have to wake up at 2am to prep it all and I am not done cooking until usually 4pm so I am kind of no lifing and the last time I tried having helpers other than family they started ruining my reputation so I had to fire them which I never thought I'd had to do. But pizza is awesome. I make my own sauce by mixing roma and other various tomatoes I find in a market and put a single basil leaf in a 5 gallon jar. This is the key. I actually hope a lot of anons gain some pizza making knowledge and start making money too. It's not like I don't remember being broke, I just started going where meetings and events are.

>Getting $30 an hour on Uber Eats is easy.
No it's not. you can make $30 showing on your app but you will spend $10 on gas so it's 20 take home. And that is when it's busy like around 7pm when you're done with traffic it's already 9pm and you won't get shit besides some shit fast food orders from drunk tards $3 each.

I make $30 an hour doing door dash is a meme.

Faggot
>>
>>534524102
lmao. i had a day like that once and i quit right then and there, i drove to pizza hut and got a job on the spot. because if im going to deliver slop i might as well get an hourly slop wage. don't waste your time on those apps dude. i lived full time doing the food "gig" and it's much easier to just work at a chain. people tip better at the pizza places anyway doordash users are usually 14 years old and don't tip shit or rich people who tip $5 for a 40 minute drive. at least your local pizza chain keeps you in a small delivery area so you don't have to drive more than like 5 miles from the store

It all depends on the town/city. A regional city with a strong local economy and industry means less drivers, more people ordering and less traffic.

I get 5-6L/100km. In a 4-5hr night I do 90-120km and earn $200-250 dollarydoos. Also doing it in shitty looking buzz box as opposed to a newer looking car gives more tips.
>>
>>534524102
Chinese and Jeets decimate those jobs.
>>
>>534528778
Ok go and try to make $30 an hour from 12pm to 7 pm. Oh and they will give low acceptance rating if you skip their orders and will sit in your car for 40 minutes on some shitty parking lot until they give you your first b$6 order.
>>
Why do people work these "gig" jobs? It seems like utter hell. You are given all the risk of practically being self employed, but given none of the benefits because uber eats into the profits as much as possible.
>>
>>534528824
>deliver a 500 calorie hamburger?
oh it's much worse than that dude. gen Z and gen alpha's with their parents credit card and no supervision love these apps. teenagers will literally order a drink on doordash and pay $20 for it and the delivery guy gets like $2 for doing it.
>>
>>534528906
Good work dude
>>534528998

Let's do the oven math /pol/

>5 ovens
>let's say $10 a pizza
>let's say 10 min a pizza
>that's $300 an hour
>$200,000÷$300per hour=666.67 hours
>666.67hours ÷ 30 days in a month
>that's 22.2 hours a day

So, in order to gross $200k in a month, he would need to run his kitchen at full capacity for 22.2 hours a day every single day for the entire month. As someone who owns an actual restaurant and bar on the beach, I can tell you this is highly improbable, even during the good'ol covid days.
>>
>>534529018
it's for homeless, illegals, drug addicts, fresh out of jail, part timers (that was me). i had a part time job so i did these stupid gigs after i worked 4-5 hours and i had plenty of free time, then when i hated the part time job enough i quit and went full retard and did the gig shit for about a year until i said fuck it and just became a real food delivery guy and a real business instead of driving around pretending i work for a fake business. it's much better

Right before Trump fucked everything up with the gas prices starting a stupid fucking war for no reason I was making $24/25 an hour with Uber Eats real easy. One night I made $70 in just 2 hours. Now? I can't even make $50 anymore because they messed with the quests. It's like they're taking advantage of the desperate when it should be the opposite, providing incentive to drive for their shitty app.

5 dollars for a 12 dollar ride doesn’t make sense to the driver if they’re also paying for the car, gas, insurance, and on top of their general expenses, not to mention they’re the ones driving, not uber. It’s basically worse than a minimum wage job. Why are people going to tip if they’re already being ripped off for what is a 5 dollar ride to uber

I don't believe you. My county has a population of over 1 million people and you turn on the app monday through thursday and it's just a spam of $2-$3 orders for insane miles. When Friday comes it's busy....but just because it's busy doesn't mean you make money it just means you're waiting for the order to be ready even longer from the restaurant which means you earn LESS MONEY. And you can forget taking Mc Donalds orders on weekends when you got teenage brats dancing and goofing off in the lobby while the lines are stretched like the great wall of China.

It's just not the same since the war started. They messed everything up on purpose.

>>
>>534529090
You can't take multiple orders on different weapons apps because they won't go the same direction. The most I've made in whole day was $90 and I spent $20 on gas. Im in bay area btw. I do this almost every day after work and if I make $40 -50 (on the app not take home) I'm happy.

If someone truly makes that much money then there is a benefit to letting little retards (or go-getters) fetch their food.

The real problem is people making $15/hr spending $25 on a burger and fries. Millenials and zoomers hate being told not to buy avocado toast, but it's their willingness to blow money really does add up.

no uber would just go bankrupt, their entire business model relies on an army of 70iq retards taking every order that comes across their screen. The only way to make money in this business is to learn which orders to take and become the top 10% of order skimmers among the army of $3 order plebs

>>
>>534529967
I had a 1% acceptance rate. I'd sit in the parking lot denying everything until I got an order paying $2-$3 a mile. That alone would keep me out of the nigger zones and usually in the wealthy towns. And deny nigger zones altogether, no matter how good the pay was. If Trump wasn't a kike bitch he could've saved the gig economy with mass deportations.
>>
>>534530090
they lose money on those orders
>>
>>534529967
I take them because they pay me for them every two weeks. It's something to do with them matching minimal wage.
>>
I spent years kicking around the car business. In sales. In inventory. Became sales manager. Still never got any money. Every job I got promised massive earning potential but reality was always a basic 55k a year job no matter how well I did. Boomers have really gutted a lot of great careers like sales. Motherfuckers used to make 100 k a year selling shoes at nordstroms, now you can’t even make half that selling cars ffs. Luckily I found a little wrinkle in the car business about a year ago. I’m independent. I make my own hours and travel around to the different shops and dealerships. I make 4-500 a day average about 2200 a week. I feel like ive made it while others struggle in a rigged wasteland of what the boomers left behind. You’re always supposed to make real money in the near future……but not yet
>>
>>534530126
Well yes they do, but if no one is taking them they have to give u a higher base pay for the order, regardless of the tip. That’s how the app works
>>
>>534530119

That's a fabricated myth that wealthy people would pay you more (they don't). I delivered in "poor" latino areas and not only do they tip good but they tend to even tip in physical dollars on top of the tip they've already given. Rich people? They don't tip like you think.
>>
>>534530183
And I deliver to many black people as long as it's not a KFC/Popeyes they tip good as well.
>>
>>534530183
This is true I did plenty of food delivery while I was working shitty sales jobs. If you’re in a good area you can average about 25 an hour. Not bad for a side job. And you need to learn how to pick the jobs. And which restaurants to avoid. The tipping came from all people
>>
>>534530183
>>534530248
I'm not choosing the wealthy spots on purpose. Accepting the good orders naturally brings me to them.
>>
>>534530180
everytime an order gets bounced around and they hike the fare, its eats into their margin for that order. They aren't charging the customer more because delivery drivers dont want their order, those crazy $15+ orders you see are all basically loss leaders for uber to monetize the $2.50-$5 shit they offload to everyone else. Its your job to sort through the sea of garbage to get the pickers. But if there's no mouthbreathing retards to regularly slurp up the shit orders then all you'll ever get is shit. The jeets essentially subsidize your wage
>>
>>534524102

>>
>>534529230

>>
>>534529220
What if my goal is to make 6 million in 6 years with my ovens
Let's say I'm facing competition on two fronts as well, from Mike's Pizza and then Boris' Pizza across the pond
How does that factor into things?
>>
>>534530295
That makes sense honestly. But what I like to do is go based off a $ per mile basis. It’s the most logical way to go about it. Because if it’s worth it based on the pay per mile then the time it should reasonably take you shouldn’t be an issue
>>
>>534530101
> 350 personal pizzas
>$10 a pizza
>$3,500 a day x 30 days
>$105k

Again, I own an actual physical restaurant and bar on the beach. I have over 25 years in the industry. I'm sorry, but I do not believe your $200k a month food truck claim. I can believe $22k a month, but not $200k.

Anyway, good luck with your business.

>But if there's no mouthbreathing retards to regularly slurp up the shit orders then all you'll ever get is shit. The jeets essentially subsidize your wage
Not at all. No subhumans slurping up the shit orders means Uber would have to start rejecting the low value or low/no tip orders because they'd lose major money if the orders started going up in pay after failed round robin attempts. Their revenue would now have a lower ceiling while drivers get good pay, without subhumans involved.
