Basically outside of the mega cities life will be free-er, but still oppressive in its rite. Travel will be less restrictive unless you’re going into one of the cities, but parts and energy will be difficult to get. You’ll have vehicles and stuff, but most things will be electric, so a lot of refab cars, hybrid vehicles, some gas converted to run pure ethanol. Internet will be completely gay and locked down by then, you’ll have hold outs and even more cool shit like local LLM’s and stuff like that outside the mega cities, but the whole thing would be trying to make life so miserable outside of the city to get you to be a part of the system. Then once you’re tagged it’s just another form of misery. Goal is a slow population decline though. But this all comes after most of us die in WWIII.
