You don't invest in what's being destroyed.. Problem is, this crowds out Americans. American citizens can't buy large company stock because that stock is too expensive.. shut the fuck up about your mutual funds and your index funds.. can't afford those navs either.. it's all waaaaay too high for anybody that's just starting out, certainly.. so they don't buy it... only the desperate foreigners buy it.. world peace is going to be very very bad for US stock markets, because the foreigners who support it today will finally be free to invest in their own neighborhoods when they couldn't before.. after that, actual Americans may get an agreeable price for stock.. it's as if Trump can do anything for the value of shares already held, what he can't do is put a few of those shares in the hands of an actual American citizen.. i know that he's signed an executive order, and that's great.. but it's nothing close to sufficient when all or substantially all US assets are being bid to the moon.. people can't get stock for their retirement accounts, they can't get a house in which to have a family, they can't get a fucking car without going broke, they can't go to a doctor without going broke, and they cannot maintain the vehicles they have now, without going broke.. blight, is the result of this process, but you didn't know that.. you get blight, because one by one, each individual property owner is going to fail to maintain that property.. this is where you see dilapidated homes next to brand new, million dollar plus renovations that, really, only foreigners are willing to pay for, because they have to, not because they want to.. so congratulations to you..
