A lot of immigrants have come into our country and scamming is just a way they seem to do business. They do work hard, but they don't follow unwritten rules. They have figured out how to scam our local food banks for 'free' food. This is meant for homeless, mentally ill or drugged out people with no options. These guys wheel in with their uber cars or family sedans and clean out all the food. They make schedules for each other and go town to town ending up home with hundreds of dollars in donated food meant for people in real need. Shame was what always kept this system honest, but these guys have zero shame filling their arms, unloading and getting right back in line.
