This is anywhere from 30-50% then they get a reduced rate on all individual Items which is another 0-75% again depending on contract and demand. Its a fucking scam with multiple abuses meant to in the end to force you to work. Because the hospitals work for the insurances who work for the company you work at to get a max payout in the form of tax loopholes and largest discount for the insurance holder(your company) and market control. Its retarded as fuck and at the rate its going, its ending anyway.
