That was before video games were as advanced as they are today. Now every boy plays video games, I mean like almost every single one, and it's more common for them to continue to play into adulthood. It's also more normal for girls to play too, not as much but still a lot more compared to before. In a few more generations, men who don't play at all will be incredibly rare, and may be more attractive as a result due to the eccentric value it gives them but again, they would be incredibly rare, so the average woman will just expect their men to play video games like the women before our time expected men to drink.
