Asia went through a particular type of evolution.It was basically boom-bust farming cycles correlated to the flood season. This means big production, huge boom time, then population cull. As a result, the people that thrived had small bodies which conserved energy the best, to survive the times of scarcity. They also have very little "disgust response". They'll eat anything. Squid, cockroaches, gutter oil...any calories they can find. The ones that survived the cull were the ones with the most calorie efficiency, which are small people who eat anything. Asians having no morality for animals isn't surprising. Europeans used animals for labor, or for milk, or for assistance on the farm. Asians see animals as food, calories for their empty stomach.
