I use it to get Thai food for my one meal of the week that's not made by me. The only reason I started getting it delivered was because the little place I got the food from shifted their hours. They're only open on Tuesdays and Fridays, and they used to operate from 12-5 PM. I get out of work at 4:30 and I'd just call an order in at 4 and pick it up on the way home. When they changed their hours of operation to 11-4, I swapped to using a delivery service. It's not a huge expense at all, but it has got me interested in learning how to make a few Thai dishes so I can eliminate an expense that, ultimately, isn't needed.
