So almost nothing they choose to do is of much consequence one way or the other. Almost all the evolutionary risk is weighted on the actions of men. It is why trying to force a system where they play the role of being in charge fucks everything up so immensely so much more quickly than almost any other form of sabotage on a society.

The X chromosome hold all info that makes us human, the Y just applies the necessary changes to make us dimorphic.So, ofc the X directly creates the baseline intelligence for any ethnicity. You don't need evolution to explain that the main building block for the average is average.
