Is it just me or is the “culture” stagnant since 2023-4? 2020-2022 kept changing stuff on the go, but not it seems since at least mid to late 2023 the same vibes, phenomena and other niches that have been going on feel strangely consistent? Could be now the 2020s culture has been defined by normalized chaos and digitals currency rug pulls.
>>534710716that's how a pendulum swing works. it's social physics.momentum slows to a halt and slowly accelerates in the opposite direction.
>>534710716ai is the greatest cultural revolution in human history, goyim :))
>>534710716it's aging, ur aging. for old people the world stopped moving in the 80s or 90s because that's when they were young.since 2023-4 have you>listened to brand new music>followed fashion trends>paid attention to brand new games>followed new tiktok trendsyou're just out of touch and the culture has moved on.
>>534710716>2023Lmao.Since 2012 at least.
>>534711175>listened to new musicYea>followed fashion trendsKinda>paid attention to new vidyaYes>follow new tiktok trendsNope and some feel reused
>>534711069Unironically is.AI permits that talentless people create non-jewish art. In the current globohomo world, only talentless jewish shit is allowed.
>>534710716Strauss & Howe’s theory of the Fourth Turning emphasizes the stagnation of culture during a fourth turning (or “crisis”) because of there being more pressing issues like war or a shitty economy, and we’ve been in a 4th turning for a while now, likely since at least 2008, though probably going back farther to 9/11.
>>534710716Kind of. With the ever-greater reliance on the internet post-pandemic things have been happening so fast on a global level that culture simply does not have time to evolve
>>534711391I believe that. Since that time all shit that came out in the music industry was nigger bullshit.

Part of it is us being decrepit uncs who don't hang in spaces where new stuff is made, like all those Roblox games and SoundCloud pages, but I believe it's also caused by every single fucking website deciding to become a "platform" and using all sorts of predatory audience retention tactics to the point something you make somewhere stays there instead of naturally spreading until everyone knows about it.Like if you post good shit on Newsgrounds or Reddit you can expect it to be all over the internet in ten minutes, even here there might be some dude who screen caps your schizo posts and puts them on Twitter for money, but there are heaps of content that will forever be stuck in Discord, Amino and such, not because it's niche underground stuff for TRVE fans but because that's just how everything works now.
>>534711175I never did any of that when I was younger, I was a chud who sat in my room reading books. Then I got a pc at age 21 and became a echud pirating all that I could. Haven't seen a commercial in almost 20 years, never hopped onto trends >1 because I was poor>I was a book reading chud>if i really wanted it, i would just pirate it, that how i got my first car.
>>534712477Based you sound like me.
