Why are people so bad with money? I have a family and three kids and make 16 dollars an hour and still make it work. I know they are blowing it on blow and other stupid shit but how much do they really need? There is only so much stupid shit you can buy.

That being said, even a sensible life is getting more expensive.

A lot of rentals require you prove you have at least 3x the income that your rent costs. So a rental for $2200 wouldn't even let you in if you don't make 79k minimum.

well the way things worked from the 1960-2000s is that if people rented a 2 bedroom apartment, they would have another person living in that second room that would pay half of the rent

often a platonic friend, but more often a girlfriend or boyfriend, people dont do that anymore. they go on casual tinder hookups and then ghost eachother
>>

>three kids
Yeah sure thing buddy.
And even if that is true they probably hate you for bringing them to life in this squalor.

I have 4 kids and a 3000 sqft home on 7 acres. Life's not hard bros.

>just spend 70% of your take home on rent goy.

That's a new one. Back in my day it was 25%, 30% if you were a women. Same rule says to just live in a car nowdays.
>>
>>534744795
It's pretty easy to spend money and if you're constantly working then you feel better about it when you do. I saved up a fair amount of money and it kills me that I'm putting it into a retirement fund instead of buying something cool for my soon to come mid-life crisis.
>>
>>534746114
but it's about "saving democracy" because niggers want to say they're celebrities or movie stars now since they couldn't fool anyone in columbus georgia that they're a rapper
>>
>>534744795
$2200 in rent is $26400 a year, more than half of an income of $48000
There is nothing other than jewish laws preventing you from buying land and putting down a cabin on it. You can do it over a summer and you will have a rent free home that will last you forever. For how much? In land, materials and tools it ought to be far less than one year of rent. Yet you can't do this because it would remove the incentive to work. And so you spend your life toiling for someone else instead of experiencing every moment of it so that someone else can experience every moment of it.

>$16/hour
You either have a pre-COVID house, lying, or on some type of government assistance

The MEDIAN living wage in the US is like $22/hour, that's for one person.

>>534746036
Americans are actually much poorer than Euros are even if we (yes, I'm American) make 3x as you on paper. Our rent is way worse, I have seen articles that 1/3rd of the US population makes $15/hour or less, we need a car which ends up being like $800/month just to get back and forth to work if you have to take out a loan, much of the US has a continental climate so a much colder AND warmer climate than Europe, meaning more utility bills.

Lol
I refer to the cost of a car as a whole. Insurance is much more expensive than in Europe plus gas because we have to drive excessive distances even if gas is cheaper.

after eighty years, every Jewish state has failed.
typically, in it's last throes, the kikes will lash out against whites much more spitefully than normal, and each jew will attempt to extract more wealth than the other in their escape plan, resulting in the death of the host nation they parasitized.

>>534744795
At minimum you're gonna lose about a third of that to taxes (this is as big a problem as sky high rent) so you're left with around 32,000. $2,200 a month is $26,400 per year. 32000-26400 is $5,600 left over for expenses.

This is not even remotely liveable. You'd have to rent a room with strangers or live with parents. One of the real issues we have is people are bad at math. If you did the math for what things actually cost you'd be loading your damn rifles. Vast majority of the population is priced out of a house. They will become communal huts for shitskins.

>I have a family and three kids and make 16 dollars an hour and still make it work.
You live in a meth town where rent is 500 bux and a house costs 20000.
I earned more in the EU per hour than you do in "the greatest country on earth".

Because of retard left wing protections on renters.

Granted there should be some, but renters can stay rent free for over a year in most leftards utopias before forceful eviction.

That and boomers hoarding shit and people overvaluing living spaces and cars ("I know what I got").

Everything is made as cheaply as possible so normalfags like us look at it like "I'm not paying for this cloth wired, thirty layer paint, rotted wood, nasty hovel. Other people are retards.

We don't.

You need 3x that in income and a security deposit to even bid on the "privilege" of having a place to live.

You need health insurance too, and in order to use it for anything beyond checkups you need to pay between $3,000 and 5,000 and still pay a co-pay.

That's after at least $450 per month.

Don't forget a phone and a car or transportation fees because nothing is local. (I live in Chicago and it still sucks).

We are getting spit-roasted by government fags and corporate fags.

Land of the free hahah.

Nobody is surviving here and just staying out of debt is a full time job.

All of these "I do fine at minimum wage" people are absolutely lying and seething.

I was making 17 an hour 10 years ago and it was enough to afford getting married and renting. I've since bought a home, had 2 kids. I have no car payment, my mortgage is cheaper than rent per month including taxes and insurance. I make 27 an hour and im just barely scrapping by. We haven't let lifestyle creep set to the point the only subscriptions we have left are ones our friends share with us. We even raised chickens for eggs when they were outrageously expensive. Its really the utilities bill I get from the city that had sky rocketed along other everything else like groceries. I was able to buy a van when her car died by borrowing money from my 401k. Then my car died and Ive been hitching a ride to work since. Am I ever gonna be rich? No. Ive already made peace with that when I got married and had kids. Will I ever let my wife work and be away from the kids and pay for daycare? No. That's a trap.
>>
>>534744795
Home prices are stupidly overpriced and cars are overpriced also

Of course groceries too but that’s a different thing

If you don’t agree you’re lying

You get gibs, of course it works.
>>
>>534751849
Literally. Plenty of Euros on here seethe that they are only making like $25K a year, meanwhile their rent is $600, their taxes are only 3% higher than ours, and they are paying $80 per month for buses and trains, not $800 a month to just have a car.
>>
>>534752137
>>534746036
thats because the apartment in the city has become a investment due to EU development outside the city your rent is still cheap hell you can even afford a house meanwhile a house here starts at 1m.
>>
>>534744795
This! I have a wife and 12 kids, and I make it work with my $7.25/hr job. folks just gotta use their bootstrap.
>>
>>534745100

The three kids are probably all under 10 years old.
