There was a flood previously that closed and condemned the school. The school was closed for a long time and then they suddenly opened the school, but only a few classrooms, stuffed it full of kids and then like clockwork, the autistic kid next door to the school kills his mother, steals her firearms and goes to the once closed school to kill a bunch of children. When you look at the pictures they released, you see flood damage all over the school, classrooms filled with desks, chairs and other school furnishings.
