Stalker GAMMA (assuming youve played the original trilogy so you actually get a feel for the setting), is in my opinion the best mod/modpack for a game ever made. There are other autism simulator games I like, project zomboid, mount and blade, kenshi, etc, but this is my favourite FPS autism game.
