The idea of districts in the first place is stupid and isn't even in the constitution. There should just be one big election where the top candidates become the representatives. For example, if a state is apportioned three votes in the house then the top three candidates should be the representatives. You'd never have gerrymandering problems again and parties would be forced to put up the very best candidates.
