But really, Democrats will let them have the small government no government freedom they've always wanted. Communities outside of Federal jurisdiction (the Tennessee River/TVA) will be destroyed. First by gas prices making everyone poor. Then seasonal tornadoes and flooding. Then the jews who own all the farms now, decide they end and the dirt goes dry creating enormous dust storms again. This destroys whatever is left as everyone moves back into the cities to become renters, and their children all vote Democrat. By now everyone is taking transit, and are completely dependent on the trains dispatched from Chicago.This has been coming for a long time. None of these states are willing to impose income taxes for levees, dams, or even new bridges. They are completely utterly totally dependent on Federal spending. Once the Federal money ends, it's over. Good example of this is the Highway Trust Fund, which is bankrupt. When Congress finally refuses to re-fund it, all of the South's freeways will become paid turnpikes or rot away. Already a problem with state roads because people there won't have the taxes to pay for bridge repairs. This is when the mass migrations -probably the third and final time- then occur.
