You reach middle age around 25-30, because by 50-60 you're a (barely) walking zombie only kept alive by modern comfort and medical science. I'm turning 35 and I feel old as fuck. I can't perform as well as I used to at work, I'm tired all the time and my brain can't function. I noticed everyone at work when we have our morning meetings has coffee, an energy drink, even pre-workout just to get through the day. We should be retired at 35, not still being whipped like we have any energy left to do so. I want to be enjoying the rest of my short life now, not having to wait until I'm a broken bed ridden old man. Our society is set up horribly.

It's good that you understood this, even if only at 35...some don't even understand it at 80...and die as good system slaves.

But it's not even the understanding that's important; it's the result...

What will be your response to the unfair, wrong system?

If you're a zombie at 50-60 you're doing something wrong.
Wait, no. Everything. You're doing everything wrong.

Well, most people treat their bodies like utter shit and mock+minimize, or react like they have encountered a threat, when someone advises them to adopt healtheir habits. Then they act like the human body unavoidably disintegrates in your 30's. And so many have their heads lodged so firmly up their own asses that they couldn't hope to draw a connection between the two. If I asked you how many times you've sperged out when someone told you to never eat fast food, or not to drink beer every night, I bet you wouldn't even remember doing it.

Retirement homes are full of 60-70 years old that are sacks of flesh forcefully kept alive by drugs and forced feeding/drinking.

Roll up five or so tshirts.
Lay down on the floor with the roll under you.
Find the spot where it feels good.

No, you aren't.

That's 80+ year old. Or the unfortunate ones that got dementia.
There are no 60 year old people waiting to die.
Not even working class people are fucked up by 60.

I'm gonna share some wisdom.

Find an outdoor hobby you're passionate about. Something that makes you active and forces you to want to work out and get in shape to do it better. Don't know what that'll be for you, but for me it's skateboarding. The irony is I see all these other 30+ year old telling me how bad a fall is at my age, yet I've had several crazy crashes at an overweight weight and walked away realizing... those falls still aren't that bad. You get up, you clean off, you keep going. Since then I've started to workout, lose weight, and get in shape simply because I want to do it better. That and camping. Now I feel a million times better than when I was a 20 year old gaming all the time. I have more energy and am in a much better head space. Trade your entertainment, find something outside that you can enjoy, and do it.

You know shit but dont expect people to follow through
They will blame their genetics, their work, whatever bullshit because they want to rott in their beds or whatever
I learned this at 25 years old, I did nothing in my life to that point, suddenly I started to exercise and it was brutal, my muscles were so sore of a brief jogging that i barely could walk back home, it was the consequence of rotting behind a screen from 15 to 25
I think that if you dont force your body to do anything it eventually starts to give up, If you dont want to commit suicide the best is to do what youre doing, staying healthy, vivid
I have also had people my age or younger acting like frail old people, like they are going to have fractures or heart attacks for that, with that attitude sure

Supplement with high quality liquid supplements. Plant derived minerals. The 90 essential nutrients that we need are not in our food.

Genesis 6:3 says we got 120 years of life. At 60, you're only halfway there. At 30, you're only getting started.

Yuuuup. I get it though, making a lifestyle change can be hard. It was by the grace of God I randomly stumbled on how much I like skateboarding (used to hate it as a kid). After that it made working out easy simply because I want to be able to do more stuff on the board, that in turn, gave me crazy endurance to go after backpacking, hiking, and camping more. Now I legit can't stand video games, and that's as somebody that used to use them as an escape from a miserable life and played every obscure title that came out. I wish more middle aged men would go the hell outside and put up with the pain, because if they don't do it soon they won't be able to as I believe the same as you do. If you don't use it, your body will give up.
