Just buy corned beef. Still cheap. It’s not made with corn.
i canned my own beef today
>>534783261>I can’t eat beefWhy would someone buy beef if they can't eat it?
>>534783348i beefed in a can
>>534783348but its in a jar
>>534783261That taste like shitFuck, i bought a can recently and it smells literally like my cat's food. Holy...There are spam like canned beef, which are okay but that corned beef is shit.It doesn't hold any shape or even brown a bit.IT'S SHIT!
Im having goat for dinner
>>534783659>has access to all these meats to smoke>buys canned brazilian sloppabro.... tf were you expecting
>>534783659good for sandwiches with mustard or mixing into tomato sauce for a quick pasta bolognaise thing. easy to carry when traveling too.
>>534783675Are you having goat for dinner, or having goat for dinner? Is the goat the meal, or your date?Or both?
>>534783929Im having goat for dinner but if i had goats id let them have dinner on jeet lawns or just let them eat browns
>>534783675nice. sounds better than feeding goats their dinner, which is what ive been doing.
>>534783261You can fry it in a frypan and use it just like regular ground beef in any recipe. It works great for chilli, pasta sauce, stir fry etc
>>534783659I eat that brand every week, albeit with a different label. It browns easily, almost too easily, so you have to get a feel with how thin to slice it. Can pound it into a patty, mix it with some root vegetables or even diced onions to make a hash. Could even make fried rice with it.You are cooking on a piece of seasoned cast iron which you've been cooking on for many years and not some chemical slop pan, right?Though judging by your flag, the condition of this style of food may be separating completely from the fat in the can, which is supposed to be distributed throughout it due to your miserable tropical climate.
>>534784089i mean the other half is goat feed since its green wheat with cucumber and raw garlic
>>534783261I go for this only if I'm being lazy. I just pound it with some potatoes to make a basic hash and then just mix in whatever else, usually finely chopped leafy greens. Tastes good enough for me.
>product of brazilShit has parasites or prions
>>534783261Corned beef has never been cheap
>he has bread>he has beer>he has vegetables>he has fruits>he has seeds>he has nuts>he has milk>he has eggs>he has honeywhy would you literally eat spam, ever
>>534783261Love me some corned beef. East coaster so anything that isnt atleast 50% salt isn't fit to eat.
>>534783803I've been stocking on canned meats and beans just in case, cheese bro.How have you been anyways? It's been a while since that downdetector time
>>534784814buy corned meat, you picky fuck
>>534784196I tried that and it turned into some kind of beef semi-liquid instead of acting like regular ground beef...Rather get some proper canned ham
>>534786013https://www.keystonemeats.com/Only meat and salt. Five year shelf life. Also available at Walmart. I have cases of the stuff.I do not recommend the pork. A couple cans of it had boar taint. The beef tastes like beef in canned beef stew. The ground beef is good for tacos and spaghetti. The chicken tastes like boiled chicken and goes well in any chicken recipe. My g/f like the turkey. It easily rotates into regular meals to keep stock fresh.
>>534784814>Corned beef has never been cheapthis
>>534786143I don't blame youThere is a lot of potato starch in some canned meats, including Spam.It makes the stuff gelatinous and nasty. It will burn and stick to the pan before the meat will brown.
>>534786385Yea we don't have that brand here.
Why do you people promote eating literal canned slop? Are you all just dirt poor or something?
>>534786476>It makes the stuff gelatinousThat's normally what the gelatin does. Nothing needs to be added. What kind of crap are they selling you?
>>534783659lol, lived in Hereford for a bit. its great when chilled. The worst I ever had was in Egypt, that version was like actual cat food.
>>534784926tastes good you namefag
>>534786532I'm dirt poor
>>534786532Nigga you are turning into a greater depression
>>534787118Glad there’s so many of you who think so, so that I can enjoy real meat while you people suck down goyslop.
>>534783261I fucking love corn beef. Breakfast of chadions
>>534787225Uhhhh my investment account with the most equities is worth 11.5m rn, and it normally floats around 10. I’m fiddling out about in Amish country right now so I haven’t been keeping up with current events. Are we sure there’s a great depression going on rn?
>>534786532the "meat" fucks their bodies and minds up, and then they crave garbage and even insist it "tastes good". it's not rational, they've basically been poisoned
>>534786013hey a fellow downy.
>>534786013Im just vibingNothing new except planting some peas todayI have locked into the simple life
>>534787443Rice, spam, and egg are kinda good though.
>>534783261Make some corned beef and hash fool... At least do some research for coming to us. Looking for guidance, what the fuck? I thought we taught you better than that?
>>534783261Now, if it looks like this and tastes like this... Who's to blame?
>>534787443Wild what Jewish propaganda can do to a country. >>534787634If I told you cat shit tasted like filet mignon, would you try it? Maybe mix it with beans and corn?
>>534783261Processed meat gives you heart disease and ass cancer
>>534783348gamer girl beefs in jars sell for quite a lot.
>>534787628Extremely comfy, cheese bro.Really happy for (you).I've not been doing much other than working on the shop regardless of it being slow. Taking some cnc courses to improve my knowledge of my new cnc machine. We also got some chickens and we have to remake the old chicken coup to house them. I am in charge of upgrading it.Wish we had more land tho, would be doing so many things. But hey, I still have that other land I told you about though there is no house there yet so there is not much to do there other than plant some "plant and forget" crops and trees there. Cados were producing last year, we are in soursop and mango season right now.
If they have brisket meat with some "extras" like cow neck/thyroid meat ground in there or ground beef in general, you're going to wind up with endocrine disease from too much T4/T3.It's not pleasant.
protip: buy beef cheek meat. it's cheap (comparitively speaking), it's loaded with fat and it's fucking delicious.
The most significant thing is the NASA stuff. It confirms what ufofags have been saying for 60 years.
>>534788032Hi anon, I’m going to be a veterinarian with an emphasis on poultry and I especially enjoy designing and building coops, runs, and schooner/tractor systems for chickens, both for myself and others. If you have any questions about bedding, design, materials, providing enrichment, sanitizing, husbandry questions, securing the enclosure, or even harvesting related questions lmk. I’ll try to answer anything I can for you. Pic rel is of the outdoor access part of my aviary style coop and run enclosure for the chickens, along with rotational grazing pens and “salad bars” I use to provide permanent grass access to them.
>>534783261Corned beef/spam breadheel sandwiches are amazing. You mix it together on the bread and the flavours mesh very nicely. Little bit of ketchup, mmmm! And a Pepsi.
>>534786532Canned "slop" isn't necessarily bad. SPAM is just canned pork shoulder. Many of the forced meats in cans aren't anything you'd want to base an entire diet around, but it is still food, unlike mcdonald's.
>>534783261FCUK YOU JEET GO BACK TO INDIA!!!Filthy Jeets and Pakis worship COWs like a god, fcuking morons. The only good cow is a dead cow, in a burger.I can get milk from a big titty slut
>>534788696>we literally live in the Milky Way>he doesn't know cows are actually sacredjeet means victory, btw
>>534788404Do you fear the indoor chicken farmer?
>>534788220Where? Never see this at Delis in Chicago or Butchers.Kosher shit?
>>534788404I am just remaking a 3x2m chicken coup for like 3 chickens. Nothing big. I was thinking of pouring concrete as the bottom of the coup and then adding some dirt, sand, rocks and dry grass for "bedding".I have plans to make a high nesting area for the chickens. I know i need an ash/sand box but I will see where I add that. If I add it as a metal box or as a small section made with the concrete itself. Probably just the metal though. My idea about isolating the actual soil with concrete and making another over is to avoid humidity going up. It's really humid here and it rains the entire year with some months when it rain less.I am thinking on isolating another part by the coup where I have banana plants to give them some sun access without them just walking around everywhere. There is not much particular room for grassing there so i was thinking on making one of those grassing boxes where you just throw dirt and seeds and wait until grass grows and then give that to the chickens.
>>534788801No, most of the regular accessible space of my chickens is indoor. It’s by far the most efficient and safest way to raise chickens. I provide outdoor access mainly for enrichment purposes (sunbathing, fresh air, seasonality, and foraging for grass seed/biomass, bugs, small animals, etc.)With proper lighting and design, outdoor access is mostly unnecessary especially for commercial production flocks.
>>534788821i get them at my local HEB grocery store for around 4.70 or so a pound. i think they only began offering them rather recently, tho. i also enjoy beef tongue but for some reason they have become ridiculously expensive ($8+ per pound at the same grocery store. even more than prime chuck roast) for some inexplicable reason. if you can't find it at the grocers try a butcher shop or some little spic market if you speak spanish or have someone that can.
>>534783261I ate so much of this shit when I was younger, used to go and do a week or two of work, stock up on corned beef, milk powder, rice, cheap brandy, jump on my horse and fuck off for as long as I could good memories>>534784196hell yes it makes awesome stew/chilli>>534784814Yeah it was always pretty expensive, you're paying for the utility of it. A bit of chuck steak/brisket will always be cheaper.
>>534788893Concrete is fantastic, easy to clean, easy to scrape, and fairly easy to disinfect if needed. But you do need litter to cover it completely. Their feet don’t do well with the constant abrasion. Chickens don’t need “bedding” though since they don’t sleep in it preferentially. Their natural behavior is to roost above the ground. It reduces stress (natural predator avoidance in jungles/wooded areas by sleeping in trees). With that in mind focus on a material that is cheap, locally available, and easy to wash or swap out if needed. I’m a big fan of coarse concrete sand, or wood shavings. (NOT play sand, or fine sand. The birds will eat it and become blocked. Wood chips do not provide the moisture retention and composting that shavings do. Very coarse sand will be large enough to be grit for them, and not clump) I have experimented a bit with shredded cardboard, it is good but needs to be changed frequently. Better if mixed with other materials. Straw is okay, kind of a middle ground material. Mixing materials can cause clumping, but honestly as long as you can control moisture in the litter and use a pitchfork to turn it, it will all compost down and you can get a nice dry sandy material out of it when they start pooping in it. That’s what you’re aiming for. If ammonia smell is strong, you need to either change it out, increase ventilation, or reassess your materials.
>>534783261Corned Beef, SPAM, chicken in a can is all low grade rejected meats that they get on a discount because of sickness. DONT EAT THAT SHIT it is lower than GOYSLOP.You sperms are too young to remember the MAD COW debacle back in the 90's, McNiggers was desperate to get rid of that shit infected meats, no one was buying xDKeep a few cans incase on NUCLEAR WAR to barter
>>534788893For nesting, roll out boxes will always be the best design. I like communal style ones. Even the best “single style” nest boxes you will always have chickens cramming themselves into a 1’x1’ box even 3, 4 at a time. Communal style is what they’re naturally inclined to, (clutch style layers who are happy to hatch eggs from lots of other hens!) and also gives them a much nicer environment that’s easier to clean out.
>>534788893Ash/sand box is great for dust bathing, but put it outside in a covered area. The fine particulates can cause respiratory irritation and disease inside, and will cover/clog EVERYTHING.
>>534788893Another tip for the dust box, I just use a PT wooden box. Metal is expensive and will rust just as fast if not faster than pressure treated lumber kept covered and mostly dry. Especially given how alkaline the ash and materials it’ll be holding are.
>>534788893If you have a very humid environment, washed coarse concrete sand will be your #1 best bedding possible in outdoor access areas. It drains water easily, and releases all the humidity it absorbs very quickly which turns the manure effectively. Proper ventilation (pumping warm, humidified, ammonia filled air at the top of your enclosure out, and cool dry air in at the bottom) is going to be your solution. Hopefully that can be done with some cheap solar fans if you’ve only got a few chickens. If you get a good ventilation setup going, sand in the coop will be great. Before that, maybe try wood shavings or straw. (But you will likely have to change them frequently.)
>>534783261>product of BrazilYeah sure eat that if you wanna get ass cancer
>>534788893The grass boxes work fantastic. Just a simple box made of 2x4’s and leftover hardware netting stapled to them from the coop’s construction. I added some rosemary to them as well as alfalfa, ryegrass, clover, orchard, and fescue to give them a variety of different foraging options.
>>534789348Yea I know chickens like to roost. There are some wild chickens that roost in a nearby tree. I kind of "stole" my current chicks from a retard hen that was losing all of her chicks. I was planning on getting some branches from a tree, coat it with something to protect it from bugs and set it somewhere in the chicken coop.I will see if I can get coarse sand. Most sand around is not quite fine but it's beach sand, which I heard is kind of fine.
>>534783261>just eat slime and live in a cardboard box under a bridge >it's totally a lifehack and not just accepting they fucked you in the ass
>>534789998I do the same thing, getting branches from trees. I wouldn’t even bother coating them with anything, if you’re worried about mites dust it with diatomaceous earth first. Just replace them if they break or rot. The chickens will peck at and eat anything you put in there, paint and coatings included. You can drill lag bolts from outside into the enclosure through 2x4’s or any material you have, and use those to connect large branches wherever you need to set up roosting bars. They love it. The alternative is 2x4” lumber or 2x2”, they work fantastic as well and are more durable. As long as the sand doesn’t clump, it’ll be okay. Beach sand is usually too fine, and when the chickens eat it, it will cause blockages. Fine gravel, or very coarse concrete sand is best. Should look like pic rel.
>>534790377I mean coat them because the local termites will eat any wood that isn't alive. Also any foreign wood except mango trees which grow too fast and big without being killed by the termites but allows the termites to grow and use the roots to spread.I really hate mango termites...Mangos are jeet trees
>>534788404looks clean as fuck, your birds are lucky. every time i run into someone locally with chickens they let their runs and coops get absolutely disgusting. I do not accept free eggs from people because their standards are disgusting.
>>534783803>buys canned brazilian sloppaIts the best corned beef you faggot
