Why do I need a car when I can get to all interesting places using public transport, by train or feet? Cars are becoming obsolete in modern countries really.

hope nafri stabbs you

i don't have to tolerate other "people" in my car

Niggers. We'll ship them to you.

Where is the train security?
>>

Have polish trains improved? I got the train from Krakow to Katowice in 2005 and it was pretty grim.

>>534804709
Derp? Of course they did.

Sadly America is a backwards shithole thanks to republicans so we can’t have walkable cities

Americans can't into.

Inb4 screaming fatties currently getting gaped by Petrol prices ;D
>>
>>534804559
Unless the train is going to wait at my front door for me to get on when I feel like it, go straight to the grocery store with no other stops, and then turn around and go straight back to my house with no other stops and drop me back off right at my front door, it will never be more convenient than a car.
>>
>>534804811
I sit next to my gf.
>>
>>534804559
>public transport
I hope you like scheduling your entire day around a bus/train schedule(which could be delayed without notice, forcing you to wait around like a cuck). Forgot something on your way to work? Too fucking bad, the bus/train won't turn back, and you'd have to wait 1 hour for the next one.
>>
>>534804863
You drive to a store instead of walking? Are you this fat?
>>
>>534804899
Sure just let me walk 5 miles to the nearest grocery store, load a week's worth of groceries in my arms, then walk 5 miles back with it.

Yes. You paid for them. So did I.
The poles are no longer toilet cleaners.

Anon, with a car you can go anywhere you want
>>
>>534804559
Come on anon, you know a car brings much more freedom.
You dont have to find yourself in a situation where you have to be at an exact spot at an exact time or else you're fucked.
You can go and do big shopping
You can help friends and family
You can get from A to B super fast without sticking to a specific timetable.
You can stop wherever you want
You can have privacy
You can reduce time going to and from work

A car is becoming more and more of a privilege tho. Gas prices are currently backbreaking. I dont own a car because I actually want to save between every paycheck, and I live close enough to work to ride a bike, but there sure were times I wish I had one.
>>
>>534804667
don't drive like a nigger and that won't happen to you
>>
>>534805147
You can die because some foreigner in a truck was retarded that day.
>>
>>534804559
You don't live in the US, so you don't "need" a $50,000 vehicle to drive to a job that pays less than $40,000/yr. In America they tie employment to vehicle ownership (any job of any kind will always ask if you have your own transportation, and this is a knockout question). You'll also need a smartphone to use timeclock "apps" and other bullshit that once involved a simple time card. Then all the boomers that demand you buy this crap just to get a job will bitch about you buying phones and cars instead of investing in stonks and housing.
>>
>>534804559
why are you gay?
>>
>>534805223
Why not run your own business from home?
>>
>>534805259
Sure, let me use my pay for food and housing to get insurance, LLC paperwork, and all the 1000 jew/government scams I have to pay for before I have even come up with a business model and taken risk on something almost certain to fail.
America makes starting a business prohibitive to anyone but the wealthy, so you have to beg shitbag employers for enough money to live.

My car broke down a year ago and I decided not to replace it in order to save some money. I would rate the experience a 5/10 maybe.

Yes, as long as you have license and registration for all that freedom.

Not even "don't drive like a nigger." I got pulled over for speeding, because I passed somebody and just zoned-out. Classic highway hypnosis.

When he pulled me over we discovered that my rag was expired; it expires on your birthday here and we'd gotten the car the month prior and had completely blanked on that.

Oh, and our registration was at home and not in the glovebox.

And my windows don't roll down.

Don't ACT like a nigger and this is a "alright folks, continue on to your dinner date, don't drive like that, this is only a warning, and be sure to get that all sorted tomorrow... or I guess on Monday, it is Friday night after all. And remember, don't speed."

"Yes sir, yes sir, sorry officer, absolutely, we'll get right on that.

Thermos anon lives in the hive and he can't imagine not living in the hive.

How can a grown (very grown) man who uses a kids scooter to get to the train station be taken seriously?

Our eurogibs are being put to good use
>>
>>534809109
>I passed somebody and just zoned-out.
no passing zone or something? doing that was the only time i ever got pulled over by a cop while driving big truck. two other big trucks were stuck side by side being dicks so i went to pass and boom, flashing lights. had forgotten that trucks weren't allowed in that lane on that stretch (south bound into Lousiville KY)
>>
>>534810308
Hopefully they fixed the 'level' crossings too. First time I drove over one I didn't know I needed to slow right down and nearly tore the front axle off my BMW.
They were shocking.
>>
>>534810503
yeah some of those can be really nasty. fancy new ones you barely feel but of course they are way more expensive
>>
>>534804559
in a country where tere are more cars than working age adults...
we have peculiar idea how public transport works - you cam basically get from everywhere to everywhere (plus 20-30 minutes walk) BUT it takes a lot of time - most of the time its slower than bicycle... and its basically only viable when you are kid or elderly - otherwise 4 hour a day commute kills any sense of using public transport...
basically in Poland you have 2 cars per family with kids and 1 otherwise...
>>
>>534810688
>fancy new ones you barely feel
We've had those since the 1970s.
>>
>>534810702
i believe it. the problem is that Thermos anon is one of the few people for whom public transport works. he lives close to the train station and doesn't have far to go to work at the other end.

He generalizes this very limited experience out onto the rest of the world and wonders why anyone would need or want a car.

In reality he's just another communist quietly, but constantly, shilling for enforced walkable cities, the banning of personal vehicles and the liquidation of the rural population like the good WEF/UN dog he is.

>>534810927
yeah yeah i know, but in the context of all the bazillions of railroad crossings that need replacing they are new. Keep in mind that in Canada we have old and terrible crossings on our one major highway across the country (mostly in SK) that have not been replaced with the nice new ones.
>>
>all interesting places
Very jewish wording from op.
>>
>>534804559
Vroom noises and it causes problems if my girlfriend gives me a blowjob on a train.
