Here in Italy, people get away with slacking off, taking really long breaks and even skipping work. I even knew a co worker who skipped work 1/4th of the time last year and got away with it. Many burgers on here have reported to working over 60 hours a week with a miniscule amount of break time in comparison, not to mention that the whole wagie meme tends to be from the United States. I understand working that hard back when America was a barren wilderness, but why in the modern age with technological/mechanical advancement which takes off most loads of hard labor?
