I have no strong opinions. I'd sooner be flayed than have to live out my days in any urban area. For what it is worth at least it doesn't use the archaic grid streets like cities laid out in the 19th century and it makes an effort to have at least a veneer of foliage. Probably better than india or the rest of eastern europe. Still packed in with a million other assholes like a perpetual can of sardines. Man is devolving into a eusocial organism and urbanization is the driving force.

Roads are undrivable, taxes are enormous, literally expect you to walk everywhere and carry your family groceries on the bus. If that wasn't enough they import barbarian hoards to live in subsidized housing. What many citizens can't even afford. Not to be outdone russia is reaching to india and africa for more replacements. Not to mention they will literally kill you in a war.
You're trying to compare apples and oranges. Don't try to compare it with Warsaw. Moscow should be compared to cities like Delhi, Addis Ababa, etc. And then it performs quite good - surely somewhere in the top half.
