God has fine tuned boiling

i have a shitty broken hot plate that can't even make water fully boil. I tried cooking pasta and it came out IMPOSSIBLE to eat, full of starch, disgusting. It HAS to boil fully. BUT, when it does, the water temperature is basically capped no matter how much you increased the heat because of the rythm at which water evaporates vs the rythm of water heating up.

Before it boils it can't cook pasta. And after it does it cannot increas ein temperature. Meaning it roughly the needed temperature to cook pasta and kickstart civilization through high calorie content and easy to grow. Plus it has a visual and audio cue to know when it happens and also is hot enough to sanitize most food and make it safe to eat without getting diseases.
