as a french living in bulgaria i can say that french racism and bulgarian racism are very differentin bulgaria its normal and okay to be racist so for example if you want to rent an apartment and the owner does not want you he will say that he doesnt rent his apartment to foreigners, directly without lyingin france if you do this you can be sued and almost jailed for this so people just dont say it but still doesnt rent their apartments to yousame for job searching etc...so france might be eve more racist than bulgaria on some aspects but you just cant know it because people will never admit that they are racist because its a crimewhen in bulgaria people will say it without any problem
