People aren't going to buy the "we lost 5 regions but we won!" so they're waiting for an opportune moment to claim victory. They claim they have killed 30k Russians with drones ever month since 2026 started that is 120k men only to drones the Russians have 600k in Ukraine so the army in theory should be on the ropes and retreating with such KIA numbers. This war is stuck until someone has a massive breakthrough or collapse. What has led you to believe that their narrative is in any way based on reality? Russia bombs an empty hospital or a school near the front line, which is being used by Ukrainian troops, the media don't mention it was empty, and people think Russia is bombing children. Russia bombs a military building, that just so happened to be next to a kindergarten. The windows on the kindergarten break. The media takes pictures of the kindergarten (not the actual target) and then claims the kindergarten was the target.This war has the lowest civilian casualty rate of any war in the last few hundred years. The civilian casualty rate is 14%, while usually it is 50-60%.
