E5/E10 just means up to 5 or 10%. Shell V-Power and BP Ultimate both have 0% ethanol content despite being marked E5. Ethanol wrecks your engine, don't use it unless you're in a rental, lease or some old shitbox.

When you consider how much fuel is uesd to produce ethanol, it is the least efficient source of fuel possible. It's just socialism for farmers, and a waste of arable land.
