They will be DE-industrialized, and starved of revenue for military expenditures, and everything will be taken care of, if we have the "big, beautiful wall" in place, in time for the collapse, at the southern border, to keep the hordes of fleeing chinks out. Ideally, they could be stopped at sea, or at air ports. Or at the source, through domestic liquidation programs, or through law enforcement.
