Heroin blocks pain.Extreme emotional/mental distress is felt akin to physical pain.I'd bet a good amount on the fact that most addicts are extremely depressed individuals on which heroin blocks their mentally induced physical pain.If you were at some point so desperate in your life that it felt your heart 'hurt', it's something like that.I won't touch opioids with a 10 foot pole but I can't say I don't envy the monkey who is blessed with the inability to think and lives only in the present frame, frame by frame.

This should help explain what's going on with Fentanyl, because laws and regulations are starting to come out in California, for instance, to make it easier and more efficient for people to do Fentanyl. This should show you something weird is going on with drugs, and there absolutely is, it's far and above a modern struggle, in the works for decades and decades, waiting for the people who haven't touched it to understand what only the people who have touched it can. Oxycontin is nothing compared to Heroin or Fentanyl.
